1. About GameSeku

GameSeku is an information and community platform. Verified sports-betting influencers share accumulator slip predictions; followers subscribe to track tipster performance objectively. GameSeku is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, or pay out winnings.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use GameSeku. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that using sports-prediction content is legal in your jurisdiction. We verify age at sign-up and reserve the right to close accounts where we have reason to doubt a user's age.

3. Predictions are not guarantees

All content on GameSeku — tips, picks, slips, and accumulator predictions posted by tipsters — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. GameSeku does not endorse any prediction and is not responsible for any financial loss arising from betting decisions based on content viewed on the platform.

Always bet responsibly and within your means.

4. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive and harmful. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help:

You can permanently delete your GameSeku account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This removes your account and associated data. You can also email [email protected] for help.

5. No affiliation with bookmakers

GameSeku is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bookmaker, including SportyBet, Bet9ja, or any other betting operator. Tipsters on the platform may reference odds from bookmakers for informational purposes only. Any decision to place a bet with a bookmaker is entirely your own.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use another person's account. You must provide accurate information, including your real date of birth.

7. Subscriptions

GameSeku offers free access and optional paid subscriptions to individual tipsters. Paid subscriptions are managed on the GameSeku website (gameseku.com). Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use GameSeku to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent predictions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Attempt to circumvent any security or age-verification measure
• Use the platform in any way that violates Nigerian law or the law of your jurisdiction

9. Content moderation

GameSeku has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive.

GameSeku moderates user-generated content. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. You can report content or users using the report function in the app, and you can block any user. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

10. Intellectual property

All GameSeku branding, design, and software is owned by GameSeku. You retain ownership of the predictions and content you post, but by posting you grant GameSeku a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, GameSeku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any losses arising from betting decisions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
