GameSeku is a Nigeria-first community platform where sports-betting influencers share accumulator slip predictions and followers subscribe to track tipster performance. We are incorporated in Nigeria. Our privacy contact is [email protected].

2. Data we collect

When you create an account and use GameSeku we collect:

• Email address and password (via Clerk authentication)
• Date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older)
• Username, display name, and bio
• Profile avatar (photo you choose to upload)
• Subscription status and tier (free or paid)
• Device push token (via OneSignal, for notifications)
• Approximate location (collected by OneSignal for notification analytics only — not used to provide app features)
• Usage data such as which screens you visit and which tipsters you follow

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account
• To verify you meet the 18+ age requirement
• To show you personalised content from tipsters you follow
• To send you push notifications about new accumulator slips and subscription activity
• To calculate and display tipster performance scores on the leaderboard
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

4. Third parties we share data with

We share your data only where necessary to operate the service:

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

6. Your rights (NDPA 2023)

Under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

7. Children

GameSeku is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
